You can also visit 观海公园 (guanhai gongyuan) just take a taxi from metro station (about 20-25 rmb) and you'll see the sea!

Great place for a tiny getaway by yourself, kids or your dear one.Great Peaceful place to live, a lot of space, not crowed. Get away from the stressful Shanghai city center. A new university to be built soon.

the lake is very round

There is a import/export store close by. Im not so sure but i think its exit 2. You can get all your foreign ingredients for cooking there.

there is Metro supermarket across the street outside. there are kfc and decathlon (big sport equipments store) and coco shop.

There are some universities (maritime, ocean, jianqiao, and some others) in this area.. you can take bus 1009 or 1043 there A man-made lake is located near the station exit

take bus 1043 to the university area (about 10 minutes ride). The street is full of shops, bars and restaurants.

The lake is very Round. It has something in the center. Use a telescope to zoom in;3 Minutes=10元-5Minutes=15元.
